A Wisconsin woman who makes her living as a Singing Banana has been told to zip it.
Catherine Conrad makes a living as an entertainer who "help effects positive change in kids and their families with her unique sparkle".
But she’s also good at bringing lawsuits against people who slip out of line.
The US Court of Appeal has just thrown out her latest claim. She tried to sue people who filmed her performance for breach of copyright.
But the court made her jump out of her skin by saying she "abused the legal process by incessant filing of frivolous lawsuits".
The judges urged lower courts to stop her claims. Especially as she owes money for previous cases.
Any future actions may prove to be a banana skin.
